
I started therapy at Antarmann in May 2024, at a time when I was constantly anxious, struggling with shallow breathing, and not feeling like myself physically or emotionally. My health was affected, I had low energy, weight concerns, and felt disconnected and numb.
Therapy helped me slowly understand and process what I had been avoiding. It wasn’t an instant change, but a gradual journey of becoming aware, feeling my emotions, and learning how to deal with them in a healthier way.
Over time, I’ve seen a significant shift. I feel calmer, more present, and more hopeful. My overall health has improved, I’m taking better care of myself, my body feels lighter, and even my skin and hair reflect that change. I’m able to work better, think clearly, and approach life with a more positive mindset.
I’ve also grown personally - started a new business, built meaningful relationships, and feel much more connected to life.
Looking back, the journey has been about moving from numbness to awareness, and from there to healing. I’m truly grateful for the support and guidance I received at Antarmann.
