For over a month, Nishi Kaur and I met for counseling. I started when I was mentally at my lowest point and needed the boost to get back to being myself. When we first met, I remember ranting about everything while Nishi listened to me with kindness and understanding. Immediately, I felt at peace around her.
My physical and mental wellbeing were much more closely related than I had previously realized. I made this connection with Nishi's assistance. She also assisted me in making the connection between my deteriorating health and previous traumas and stressors. She helped me deal with my prior traumas at a speed that was comfortable for me. She never forced me to delve further than I felt capable of doing. She assisted me in letting go of guilt and shame by making me aware that some events were not my fault.
Nishi treated me with consideration, acceptance, and understanding. She confirmed that everything I had thought was correct, which was a huge assistance to me. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind. She will always be in my heart. The sessions are over, and I'm ready to go on with my life. This just developed organically.
में तो भूल ही गया था की बिना दवा के भी सोया जा सकता है। यह केवल मिस आकांक्षा के साथ की गई थेरेपी के बाद ही संभव हो सका। कल रात को मैं पूरा मैच देखकर सोया जो 12 बजे के बाद खत्म हुआ। बीच में नींद भी आ रही थी। लेकिन उसके बाद मैं तुरंत सो गया। सुबह 7 बजें का अलार्म बजा लेकिन मैं लेटा रहा और 7:30 पर उठा।
I had issue of primary hypertension due to the past memorial issues therefore my doctor suggested me to take therapy. In past, I felt like I was physically present with my friends but mentally I was somewhere else, I want to live alone, wanted cry in the dark, suppressed emotions like love, anger, sadness. Then I decide to take therapy and I met with Dr. Shweta Malik for Hypnotherapy sessions. In the first session, even though I was scared but she helped me and explained the process in depth. After attending the sessions, I felt very calm and peaceful, my pulsating sensation is in control. I feel very fresh and I can see the things clearly. I want to thank Dr. Shweta for the sessions and helping out with good advice.
I had my first ever therapy with Sakshi Malviya. After the sessions I felt a great change in the way I interact with people and how I express my thoughts. I felt a lot calmer and found myself grounded in comparison to how I was before the sessions. My performance pressure reduced that made my vision clear removing the negative patterns and anxious feeling. I am now more aware of my emotions thanks to her. I am grateful for all the sessions and this first step towards healing myself.
I have completed my EKAA Hypnotherapy Course and all I can say is there should be one person from each family doing this, at least one person should know how the mind works, how energetics work and the impact it has on your life.
It will increase the wellbeing of the planet by at least 10X. It is an absolutely mind blowing course. As someone with a masters in psychology, I have gotten more applicable and in-depth knowledge in this course than my 5 years of study combined.
Regardless of weather you want to be a therapist or not, doing and implementing the course almost guarantees you that it will be a life well lived.
Studying Ekaa Hypnotherapy from Level 1 to Level 4 with Rajesh Sir has been a profound journey. He is an incredible mentor and guide from the very first day I began my hypnotherapy journey.
