There are phases in life when the body holds stories we haven’t had the language to tell, when tension becomes familiar, and ease feels like a distant memory. We move through our days bracing without realising it : shoulders tightened, breath shortened, senses always half-alert. Sometimes it’s past hurt, sometimes it’s ongoing stress, sometimes it’s the quiet accumulation of what we never got to release. Over time, the body begins to mistake survival for safety and vigilance for normalcy. Yet beneath this protective armour lies something deeply human: the longing to feel safe again, to soften, to trust, to exhale without fear.
Break-Free: Rebuilding Safety in the Body is an invitation to return to that possibility. This space isn’t about pushing yourself or “fixing” what feels heavy. It is about gently reintroducing your body to the sensation of safety, one breath, one moment, one softening at a time. Through grounding practices, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed exploration, you will be guided to recognise where your body is still holding on and how it can slowly begin to let go.
On December 17th, 2025, at 6:00 PM (online), Vasundhara Shukla opens a space designed for repair rather than performance, a space where your body’s pace is respected, your boundaries are honoured, and your sensations are met with understanding instead of urgency. This session invites you to relearn the feeling of being held from within, to rebuild trust with your own system, and to remember what it means to feel safe not just in thought, but in your physical experience.
