Journaling Series - EP 4 : Positive Affirmation & Belief Reframing by Nishi Kaur

There are moments when a thought softens, and something new quietly asks to be believed. Not loudly, not forcefully but as a possibility. A different way of seeing oneself. A sentence that feels unfamiliar, yet strangely relieving. Because while our minds have learned certain patterns over time, they are not fixed. Beneath every limiting belief lies the capacity to reframe, to choose again, to relate to ourselves with greater intention and care.

Journaling Series Episode 4: Positive Affirmation & Belief Reframing is an invitation into this gentle reorientation. This is not about repeating words until they sound convincing, nor about overriding one belief with another. It is about understanding how beliefs take shape, and how, through conscious awareness and writing, they can be reshaped with authenticity. Through guided journaling, reflective prompts, and intentional affirmation practices, you will be supported in exploring new inner narratives - ones that feel aligned, grounded, and truly your own.

On February 5th, 2026, at 6:00 PM online, Nishi Kaur holds a space that is both reflective and quietly empowering for this fourth episode of the Journaling Series. A space where thoughts can be re-examined, language can be softened, and new beliefs can emerge without force. Here, change does not come from pressure, but from gentle repetition, awareness, and the willingness to see yourself differently.

Description

There is a language the mind already knows — one built of repetition, rhythm, and return.

Not the words we choose consciously, but the ones that have been running underneath, quietly insisting on what is true. Some of these were borrowed. Some were built from wounds. And some, perhaps, were never quite ours to carry.

Journaling Series Episode 4: Positive Affirmation & Belief Reframing is not about pretending. It is not about layering brightness over what is unexamined. It is about something far more honest — meeting the old story with clear eyes, and then, with intention, beginning to write a new one.

This session moves gently but deliberately: from recognition, into rewriting. Through guided journaling, somatic reflection, and structured inquiry, you will be supported in identifying the beliefs ready to be released — and in discovering the affirmations that are not wishful, but true at the root.

What This Experience Offers

Reframing as Craft — Learn to rework limiting beliefs not by negating them, but by understanding what they were protecting, and what they no longer need to protect.

Affirmations That Hold — Move beyond surface-level affirmations into ones that feel rooted, personal, and genuinely inhabitable.

Somatic Anchoring — Understand how the body holds belief, and how new narratives can be introduced not just to the mind, but to the nervous system.

Witnessing & Authorship — Hold the dual capacity of observer and creator — seeing your patterns clearly while also choosing, consciously, what to cultivate.

A Living Practice — Leave with journaling tools and affirmation structures that continue to work long after the session ends.

Join Nishi Kaur

Nishi does not teach affirmations as performance. Her approach is grounded in inquiry — she asks, first, that we understand what we are working with, and only then, that we consider what we might choose instead. Her facilitation is precise and tender in equal measure, holding space for both the difficulty of old beliefs and the quiet power of intentional ones. With Nishi, reframing becomes not a bypass, but a homecoming.
