Why the Sacral Chakra? Why joy?

The Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) is where your emotional life takes shape. It governs creativity, desire, intimacy, and the raw felt sense of being alive. When it flows freely, joy isn't something you chase — it's something you inhabit.

But when this centre carries imprints from the past — times when feeling too much was unsafe, when your enthusiasm was too big for the room, when happiness felt like it had to be earned — the body learns to dampen. To edit. To wait.

Over time, this becomes invisible. You stop noticing the joy you're not letting in.

This session works directly with the Sacral Chakra's deepest layer — not emotion or creativity (which we explored in Part 1), but joy as a baseline state. The body's original, uninterrupted frequency.
