New Moon Meditation by Founder Rajesh Singh

On 12th August, the sun disappears — in Leo, the one sign it rules completely.

Not clouded over. Actually eclipsed, mid-sky, in the sign that governs identity and the courage to be fully seen. Even the source of light goes quiet here, before it returns.

Most people can't see what they're hiding while they're hiding it. That's not a flaw — it's simply how concealment works. It has to be pointed out, gently and precisely, by someone trained to notice what sits beneath the surface.

That's the specific gift Founder Rajesh Singh brings to this session. Through years of reading what people don't consciously show, he doesn't ask you to perform self-discovery. He helps you actually see what's already there — the parts of yourself you've dimmed, softened, or quietly stopped showing the world.

Join him for the New Moon Meditation — guided breathwork, conscious stillness, and inner awareness — to meet what's gone quiet in you, precisely enough to finally bring it back into view.

Description

On 12th August, the sun disappears in the one sign it rules completely.

Leo is the Sun's own home — the sign of identity, self-expression, and the simple, unguarded courage to be seen. And yet on this particular day, in this particular sign, the sun goes dark. Not clouded, not dimmed by weather — actually eclipsed, mid-sky, for a few rare minutes.

There is something worth sitting with in that image. Even the source of light itself has to disappear briefly before it can return more fully visible than before. And most of us are carrying our own version of that eclipse — parts of ourselves that went quiet somewhere along the way, dimmed not by circumstance but by repetition. The opinion softened one too many times. The gift set aside because showing it once cost more than it seemed worth. The version of you that used to take up space, now living several sizes smaller than it was built to.

Here is the harder truth about this kind of dimming: most people cannot see it happening in themselves while it's happening. Concealment, by its nature, hides from its own owner too.

What This Meditation Offers

  • Grounded breathwork to settle the nervous system and create the stillness needed for honest self-observation
  • Guided reflection attuned to this eclipse's themes — visibility, dimming, and the courage to be seen fully again
  • Conscious inner awareness practices to locate where you've quietly minimised yourself, often without realising it
  • Intention-setting rooted in genuine self-recognition rather than performance or aspiration
  • A held, nurturing space that meets you exactly where you are — dimmed parts and all

Is This for You?

✔ You sense you've been playing smaller than you actually are, but can't quite locate where or why.
✔ You want to begin the second half of this year more visible, more yourself, less edited.
✔ You're drawn to this particular date and want to mark it with real inner work, not just ritual.
✔ You're ready to be seen — by yourself first, and then by whoever else needs to see you.

New to New Moon Meditations? You are warmly welcome.

Meet Your Guide — Founder Rajesh Singh

Rajesh Singh has spent over two decades doing something most facilitators never learn — reading what people don't consciously show. Through his work in Behavioral Human Labs and Grapho Diagnostic analysis, he has developed a precise, practiced skill: identifying the core pattern beneath a person's presented self, regardless of how carefully it has been concealed.

This is exactly the guide this particular eclipse calls for. Rajesh doesn't ask you to perform self-discovery. He creates the conditions for what's already true about you — dimmed, hidden, or quietly set aside — to finally come back into view.
