On 28th August, the moon nearly vanishes — swallowed almost entirely by shadow, in the sign most associated with surrender.
Most full moons illuminate. This one asks something different. Pisces doesn't deal in sharp edges or clear answers — it deals in dissolving, in trust, in the quiet discipline of letting something complete on its own terms rather than forcing it toward a conclusion. After a month that has asked you to see clearly, name what's hidden, and step more fully into view, this final lunation of August asks you to simply release your grip on all of it.
That is harder than it sounds. Most of us are far more practised at holding on than letting go — gripping outcomes, replaying conversations, carrying the day's weight straight into the night without ever quite setting it down.
This is why the session is held where it is — not earlier in the evening, but in the last half hour before sleep.
Why This Hour
There is a particular quality to the mind in the final stretch before sleep. The noise of the day hasn't fully quieted, but the grip has loosened. Thoughts move more freely here. Whatever occupies this window tends to travel with you into the night — carried forward, worked on, settled — whether you chose it deliberately or simply let the day's leftover static fill the space by default.
Most people never choose what goes there. It's decided for them, by the last scroll, the last worry, the last unfinished thought of the day.
This session offers something different: an intentional use of that window, aligned with a moon whose entire nature is release. Not analysis, not effort, not another attempt to think your way to resolution — just the quiet practice of finally letting something go, in the exact hour your mind is most willing to receive it.
What This Meditation Offers
- Grounded breathwork to settle the body and prepare the mind for genuine release
- Guided stillness attuned to this eclipse's themes — surrender, completion, and trust in what you cannot yet see clearly
- Conscious inner awareness practices to identify what you've been gripping tightly, and permission to finally loosen that hold
- Deliberate, unhurried pacing — held with the kind of patience that doesn't rush you toward an outcome, but waits for what's true to surface on its own
- A close held right at the threshold of sleep, so what settles in the session travels with you into rest, rather than staying behind in the room

Meet Your Guide — Founder Rajesh Singh
There is a particular kind of patience in how Rajesh Singh holds a session — unhurried, deliberate, entirely unconcerned with rushing anyone toward an insight before they're ready for it.
Over two decades of work sitting with people's inner worlds has given him a quiet trust in timing — the understanding that real change rarely arrives on demand, but reveals itself when the conditions are right and the mind is finally willing to receive rather than resist. It's this same patience that shapes tonight's session: no urgency, no forcing, just the steady holding of a space until what needs to settle finally does.
Reserve Your Spot
Some things aren't solved. They're simply released.
Come let go of yours — right before the part of your night built for exactly that.
