Homecoming EP 2 - Embodied Strength : Breathwork & Movement for Creativity, Aliveness & Emotional Freedom by Sakshi Malviya

Most people think a creative block is a mind problem. It's usually a body one.

The ideas haven't disappeared. The aliveness hasn't left you. More often, something in the body has gone quiet — braced, guarded, holding onto old emotion that never quite finished moving through — and creativity, which needs a felt sense of safety to flow at all, simply can't get past it.

After Episode 1 gave the body a felt sense of safety, Homecoming Episode 2 — Find Your Flow goes a layer deeper: into creativity, aliveness, and the emotional freedom that becomes possible once the body isn't bracing anymore. Through breathwork and movement, this onsite session helps release what's been quietly stored — not by talking about it, but by letting the body move it through.

Guided by Sakshi Malviya, whose steady, attuned presence continues to make space for whatever the body is finally ready to release.

Episode 2 of the Homecoming series. No prior attendance needed.

Description

The ideas haven't left you. The joy hasn't disappeared. Something in the body has simply gone quiet, and everything downstream of it has gone quiet too.

We tend to talk about creative blocks, low energy, and emotional flatness as if they arrive from nowhere — mysterious dry spells with no clear cause. But increasingly, what looks like a block is really a body that's been bracing for too long. Fatigue it never recovered from. Feeling it never finished processing. A held tension so constant it stopped registering as tension at all, and simply became the baseline.

And creativity — real creativity, the kind that feels alive rather than performed — needs the opposite of bracing. It needs a body that feels safe enough to loosen its grip. Without that felt sense of safety, ideas stay exactly where they are: present, but inaccessible, sealed behind a nervous system that's still on guard.

This is where Episode 2 begins.

Building on What Episode 1 Opened

The first gathering in this series worked at the most foundational level — helping the body arrive at a felt sense of safety and stability. This episode moves a layer deeper, into what becomes possible once that safety is there: aliveness, creative flow, and the emotional freedom that comes from no longer holding everything so tightly.

This isn't about manufacturing inspiration or performing creativity on command. It's about clearing what's been quietly blocking it — old emotion that never finished moving through, tension the body adapted to and forgot to release, the accumulated bracing of simply getting through the days.

What This Session Offers

  • Somatic movement designed specifically to release stored tension connected to creative and emotional blockage
  • Breathwork that helps shift the body out of chronic guardedness and into a state where genuine flow becomes possible
  • Embodied awareness practices to locate where aliveness has gone quiet, and to gently invite it back
  • A grounded, in-person container where movement — not analysis — does the work of releasing what talking alone cannot reach
  • The felt experience of emotional freedom: lighter, more spacious, more genuinely yourself

Your Guide — Sakshi Malviya

Those who've worked with Sakshi describe a particular kind of calm that settles into the body — not performed relaxation, but something that reaches further down. A Regression Therapist, Gold Medalist, and intuitive energy healer, she works precisely at the level where creative and emotional blocks actually live: not in the mind's understanding, but in the body's held patterns.

She doesn't ask the body to produce anything. She simply stops standing in the way of what it's already trying to release.

The block was never really about creativity.
It was about a body that hadn't yet been given permission to let go.

Come give it that.
