Attachment and value feel almost identical from the inside. That's exactly why they're so easy to confuse.
Attachment and genuine connection can produce remarkably similar sensations — both involve a pull toward something, both resist being questioned, both can feel, in the moment, like love or like value. The difference tends to only become visible with distance: attachment typically comes from a place of fear or lack, a holding on because letting go feels unsafe. Genuine value holds up even when examined closely, without needing urgency or anxiety to sustain it.
This session doesn't ask you to release anything prematurely. It asks you to actually look — clearly, without rushing to a conclusion — at what you've been holding onto, and from which place you've been holding it.
What This Meditation Offers
- Grounded breathwork to settle the nervous system and create space for honest reflection
- Guided stillness attuned to this Taurus lunation's themes — value, comfort, and what's genuinely worth keeping
- Conscious inner awareness practices to distinguish between attachment and authentic value
- Intention-setting rooted in clarity rather than urgency — no pressure to release anything before you've actually examined it
- A held, unhurried space to sit with what you're holding onto, without judgment either way
Is This for You?
✔ You sense you're holding onto something — a habit, a role, a relationship pattern — more out of familiarity than genuine value.
✔ You want to tell the difference between what you love and what you simply fear losing.
✔ You're drawn to slow, honest reflection over dramatic, rushed release.
✔ You're ready to examine what you're keeping, clearly, before deciding anything.
New to Full Moon Meditations? You are warmly welcome.
Meet Your Guide — Founder Rajesh Singh
Rajesh Singh has spent over two decades helping people untangle exactly this confusion — the places where attachment and genuine value feel identical, until they're finally examined closely. His work distinguishes connection from dependency, and love from fear-driven holding on, with a clarity most people have never had the chance to sit with directly.
This is precisely the discernment tonight's session calls for. Rajesh doesn't rush anyone toward release. He creates the conditions to see clearly first — and let the releasing, if it happens, happen honestly.
