    Session 1 - UNDERSTANDING THE “SELF” and the definition of “STRESS”

    In this session every participant will introduce him/herself to the group and will talk about self (This is an exercise to introduce the participants to their own EQ levels) In this exercise participant will be allowed to talk about anything he wants to share with the group and let the group mates to know about himself. The facilitator may stimulate the expression by asking important questions for the participants to open up in front of the group and be comfortable in sharing his real self and build trust in each other so that each one of them can feel safe and understood) Here the emphasis will be drawn towards being NON JUDGEMENTAL and UNCONDITIONAL BEHAVIOR TOWARDS OTHER PARCIPANTS DROPPING THE EGO RESPECTING SELF EXPRESSION

    Session 2- UNDERSTANDING “THE MIND” and the origin of “STRESS”

    Understanding of where emotions reside? What’s the basis of our response patterns?
    Understanding how our basic personality is build? Role of Childhood Conditioning etc…
    Understanding Suggestibility (Capacity of our mind to interpret suggestions and commands)
    Rules V/s Experiences principal (Here we may discuss more in depth about addictions etc…)
    UNDERSTANDING THE “ENVIRONMENT”
    Interpersonal SKILLS / Discovering Patterns
    Learning techniques to instantly handle stress and emotional imbalances
    Scanning the Environment
    Understanding of how various emotions affect us physically how disturbance travels

    INTRODUCTION TO EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUE and DEMOs to handle stress and
    certain unwanted emotions instantly.
    Understanding the Energies and Stress and tapping the meridians to release emotional imbalances
    Meditation and Learning different types of stretches and breathing exercises to beat STRESS instantly.

    Session 4- DANCE ON TRANCE

    (Use of Music and Instrumental numbers to RELEASE the stress through CHINESE STREACH FORM OF DANCE)
    Releasing the emotions with the help of music Whirling Principal and Meditation
